7. What do you mean by emitter, base and collector of a transistor? With neat sketch of circuit explain biasing of a transistor.

8. What do you understand by self and mutual inductance of a coil? Describe the working principle of a dc generator.

 Discuss on op-amp works as an amplifier. Give a list of linear applications of operational amplifiers.

 

9. Discuss analogy between electric and magnetic circuits. Define MMF and reluctance.

 Define the term RMS value, Average value, form factor and peck factor.

 

10. Write the name of different types of D. C motor and explain its characteristics.

 State and explain Laws of resistance. On what factors do the resistance of a conductor depends?
